We are in a Unique location. A smaller upsate New York lake makes it nice and warm in the summer months but not to rough like some larger lakes. Only 40 minutes from downtown Old Forge with all its AMAZING shopping, Amusment Park, Train Ride, etc....

 

There is something for Everyone to do in the Summertime:

The cabin has two bedrooms and sleeps up to six comfortably. A spacious open living room/dining room make the cabin a very nice vacation home . It is a very modern cabin in the heart of Brantingham. It is managed locally.  We have Very Reasonable weekly rates/weekend rates/daily rates. All year rentals on and off seasons. Come enjoy what we call the PERFECT get away. We do honor a year-to-year system. If you stay with us this year, you get the first chance on the same rental the next year.

For the family:

• A beautiful landscaped/maintained home to enjoy with a nice view of the lake.

• A dock for you to enjoy tanning/sitting/relaxing/swimming or fishing from.   

• A Campfire ring on the side of the cabin  with newly added Adirondack Furniture to relax in and just enjoy the scenery.

• It is just a beautiful relaxing place to be in the summer.

•  You simply cannot beat those SMORES!!!  Toasted Marshmallows, Hershey Bar and Graham Crackers. All in one nice GOOEY Sandwich.  (YUM YUM)

There is a orange row boat with the name Midway on the back for your exclusive use while you stay with us. There is also a canoe and maroon paddle boat shared between our three cabins for your use. Remember to practice safe boating.  We are not responsible for any accidents with the boat or swimming. Use them at your OWN RISK.

 

There is also a roped off Sandy beach swim area to swim from for our younger and older guest. It has a nice natural grade into the water. The odler adult or older guest that enjoy swimming can swim out to the floating raft from the separate walkout dock.

 

Bring your own boat or jet ski to use on the lake.  It is plenty big enough to tube or water ski on. Use your dock to tie it up with when not in use. If you cick on the outside pictures link to the left of the page you can see some nice summer pictures.
