Midway Cabin a Adirondack Cabin Rental

We do not hold reservations without a "SPEEDY" conformation and deposit. 

Telephone reservations will be held for 72 hours only after a confirmation is agredd upon. Giving the deposit time to arrive.

Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will receive a refund of your deposit, any rental money paid will not be refunded unless we can rent the cabin to someone else for the same time period.

All rental money (payment in full) is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will then receive a payment in full conformation letter with your access code. You should bring this letter with you upon arrival at the cabin.

Any last minute cancellations (30 Days or less) will only receive a refund if we can rent the cabin to someone else for that time period. If we can rent the cabin to someone else then we will be more than happy to give you back your deposit and rental money. 

All last minute reservations (30 Days or Less) must be paid in full at the time of the reservation or in absolute last minute cases a cash payment will be required upon arrival.
