Well-behaved Dogs are allowed, as long as certain simple rules are followed and they have been pre-approved:

In general we are very pet friendly and hope to keep the cabin that way. So please ask\discuss your pets arrangements when making your reservations and get your pets pre-approved.

 

• Dogs Must always be on a leash and under your control unless swimming with them outside of the designated swimming area. (Your dock area is where you can swim with your pet)  
• Dogs should never be left unattended in the cabins, unless in a portable kennel.  
• Dogs Must not be tied to trees or decks on the property and left to bark or frighten any passer-by's. 
• The cabin must be CLEANED thoroughly to ensure it is left free of dog hair (the cabin is supplied with a vacuum cleaner).  
• All Dog Litter must be cleaned up and disposed of properly before you check out.
• Dogs are NOT ALLOWED in the cabin when they are wet. Owners who take their dogs to the water may only swim by the docks, dogs are not allowed in the swimming area.
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
• If your dog is a "barker", we kindly ask that you leave him/her at home.  
• No Cats, or other household pets are allowed
  • - We are not particular bias toward cats -- but some of our guest are allergic to them.

Renter\Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Either inside or outside.

Dog owners should also be aware: animals that are normally quiet at home may bark or howl when they are left behind in strange surroundings. If this proves to be the case, you'll be expected to take your pet with you at all times or have it boarded locally so that other guests are not disturbed.
